Watch Tower · Deployment partners

Your clients ask you about AI. Give them a working answer.

You already advise business owners on their numbers, their systems or their IT. They trust you, and they are asking what AI should do for them. Watch Tower, Applied Intelligence for your Business, starts from one decision the owner has to make, shows the numbers behind it with every assumption written down, and keeps the work in a console the owner opens each week. As a deployment partner, you set it up with your clients and stay the person they call.

Three ways to work with us: refer a client, deploy Watch Tower with them, or resell it.

Who it's for

Firms that owners already call.

Most owners don't buy AI from a stranger. They ask the people they already work with: Ecosystem (“Are people like me using it, and is it working for them?”) is the barrier you help them cross. These are the firms we expect to fit best.

  • Blueprint drawing of an association hall with member firms linked to it across the floor.
Industry associationsIndustry and trade associations whose members ask what AI should do for a firm their size.Usually: referral
  • Blueprint drawing of a stack of ledgers, the top one lit, linked to five client workspaces.
ERP and accounting-software resellersNetSuite, Sage, Acumatica or Business Central partners whose clients already have the data.Usually: Starter Pack
  • Blueprint drawing of a server rack with a lit status light, linked to three client sites.
Managed IT providersMSPs whose clients ask about AI and need a first use that isn't a chatbot.Deployment or Starter Pack
  • Accounting, CPA and CFO advisory firmsYou already sit with the owner over margins, cash and pricing. Watch Tower turns one of those conversations into a worked decision.
  • ERP and accounting-software resellersNetSuite, Sage, Acumatica or Business Central partners whose clients have the data and want to know what to do with it.
  • Managed IT providers adding AIMSPs whose clients ask about AI and need a first use that isn't a chatbot.
  • Industry consultantsAdvisers who know an industry well and which decisions keep its owners up at night.

What a partner does

Three jobs, with our team beside you.

01

Pick the client and the decision

Choose a client with a real decision ahead: a new lane, a bid, a price change, a hire, a piece of equipment. You know which one matters.

02

Show the demo, then set it up

Walk the client through the free demo, then set up Watch Tower with their own data and people, with our team doing the work alongside you.

03

Stay the person they call

Review the console with the owner each week or month. You keep the relationship; we keep the system working behind you.

How a client demo works

Twenty minutes, on your screen or theirs.

The free demo opens the same console customers use, on fictional example companies: a Texas freight and 3PL operator, a construction contractor and a cattle ranch. It needs only a work email and runs for four hours. No password, no card. The records are invented, so you can show it to any client without sharing anyone's data.

  • 1. Open it before the meetingTry the demo yourself first and pick the example company closest to your client's business.
  • 2. Start from their decisionAsk the owner which decision is on their desk, then show how Watch Tower lays out the numbers and the assumptions behind it.
  • 3. Send them the linkShare the demo link so they can look around on their own. It tells us the visit came through a partner.
  • 4. Bring us inWhen the client wants it for their own business, write to us and we plan the setup together, on a call with you.

What support we give

You won't be left with a login.

Applied Intelligence is aI put to work inside a system, with a team behind it, until it pays off every day. That holds for partners too.

  • A named contactAdi, COO at Norventus, is your contact from the first call, at customers@norventus.com.
  • Setup alongside youWe do the first client setups with you: loading their data, setting up their people, and checking the first decision together.
  • Teaching in plain wordsA walkthrough of the console for your team, so you can run a client review without us in the room.
  • Materials you can forwardThe demo link, the fictional sample brief and our two short decks, to send to a client or a colleague.

We are new. Watch Tower hasn't finished a customer engagement yet, so this page has no client stories or results, and we won't invent any. How we handle client data is in the Trust center.

Partner terms

Three ways to work with us.

Pick the one that fits how your firm already works with clients. Every example shows the numbers behind it and assumes the client pays on time and stays 12 months.

Tier 1

Referral partner

Fits: Accountants, CFO advisors and fractional-CFO networks.

You: Introduce a client to us, with their permission. We set it up and bill them at our list price.

Money: You earn 15% of the client's payments in their first year, paid to you monthly from what we have collected.

Example: a client on Founding 10 pays $2,000 for setup and the first 3 months, then $250/month: $4,250 in year one if they stay all 12 months. Your share is $637.50.

Ask about Tier 1: Referral partner

Tier 2

Deployment partner

Fits: Consultants and managed IT providers.

You: Set Watch Tower up with your client and run their weekly review. We bill the client the partner-deployed price.

Money: The partner-deployed price is our list plus 35%. You earn 10% of what the client pays, paid to you monthly from what we have collected.

Example: $1,350 to start, then $338/month ($1,000 and $250, plus 35%, rounded). Over 12 months the client pays $5,068; your share is $506.80.

Tier 3

Reseller Starter Pack

Fits: ERP resellers and managed IT providers.

You: Buy 5 workspaces, set them up for your clients and sell them at the price you choose.

Money: $7,500 up front for 5 workspaces, each with setup and its first 3 months ($10,000 at our Founding 10 price). Then $225/month per workspace (our list is $250).

Example: all 5 workspaces running for 12 months cost you $7,500 + 5 × 9 months × $225 = $17,625. What you charge your clients is yours to set.

What your firm would earn

Pick your pace. See the sum behind every number.

Choose how many new clients a month you expect to bring and the plan they take. Each tier shows its number and how it was worked out, from the terms above. It's arithmetic, not a forecast.

The plan your clients take

Tier 1 · Referral

$637.50 per client, year one

12 clients over 12 months: $7,650

  • Each client is on Founding 10: $2,000 for setup and the first 3 months, then 9 × $250 = $4,250 in their first 12 months.
  • You earn 15% of that: $637.50 per client.
  • It's paid to you monthly, from what the client has paid us, so it arrives across each client's first year, not up front.

Tier 2 · Deployment partner

$506.80 per client, year one

12 clients over 12 months: $6,081.60

  • The client pays our standard list plus 35%: $1,350 to start, then $338/month (rounded). We bill the client.
  • Over 12 months that's $1,350 + 11 × $338 = $5,068 per client.
  • You earn 10% of what the client pays: $506.80 per client in year one, paid monthly from what we have collected.

Deployment uses our standard list, whichever plan you pick above.

Tier 3 · Reseller Starter Pack

$3,625 left after the pack, 12 months

Your clients pay you $21,250; the pack costs you $17,625.

  • You pay $7,500 up front for 5 workspaces, each with setup and its first 3 months.
  • Then $225/month per workspace for months 4 to 12: 5 × 9 × $225. Your 12-month cost is $17,625.
  • Your price (yours to set): $2,000 to start, covering the first 3 months, then $250/month. 5 clients × $4,250 = $21,250.
  • At 1 new client a month, all 5 workspaces are in use by month 5. Assumes every client starts in month 1 for the 12-month sum.
Order the Starter Pack (5 workspaces)
  • Every client pays on time and stays 12 months. A client who leaves earlier earns you less.
  • Prices are in US dollars, before any tax. Nothing here is a forecast of how many clients you'll bring.
  • Each tier is shown on its own. A firm usually starts with one.
