This policy explains how what you buy from Watch Tower (the Watch Tower Console), Beacon and Forge reaches you. It is offered by Norventus, an offering of Speedloop Auto Private Limited (India). Registered office: Innov8 Millenia, RMZ, Millenia Business Park, Campus 1A, No. 143, Dr. M.G. R. Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India 600096. Questions: customers@norventus.com.
1. Nothing is shipped
Everything we sell online is a digital service: software access, tools and plans. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.
2. Delivered instantly online
Your purchase is delivered instantly online, in your account, as soon as Razorpay or PayPal confirms your payment. This usually takes a few seconds and at most a few minutes.
| Product | Where you find what you bought |
|---|---|
| Forge | The tools unlock in your account; they are listed under My tools |
| Beacon | Every module opens in your account for the month or year you paid for |
| Watch Tower (Console) | A plan such as the Watch Tower plan (Know your business) opens your organization's own workspace; an add-on or toolkit is added to it. Settings → Billing shows it |
Razorpay or PayPal normally emails you a payment receipt. Your account's Billing page also shows each payment and its status.
3. Services delivered by our team
Some Watch Tower work is delivered by our team, remotely (online meetings, the Console and email). The weekly reviews that come with a plan such as the Watch Tower plan (Know your business) follow the schedule on the pricing page; an implementation or custom project follows the schedule in your written proposal or order form.
4. Where we deliver
The services are available online worldwide, wherever the law and our payment providers allow.
5. If something does not arrive
If your access has not appeared within 24 hours of paying, email customers@norventus.com with the email address on your account and the payment reference from Razorpay or PayPal. We reply within 2 business days and give you the access you paid for. If the payment was taken because of a billing or technical error, we correct that charge, as our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains.
