Watch Tower · Talos

We put your trucks, machines and sites on the map for you

Talos is not a map you have to fill in. It is the whole job: we choose the trackers, buy them, have them fitted, connect them to Watch Tower through our secure network, Nimbus, and check every asset shows up. Our aim is to have it working within one day of the first visit.

How it works

Three steps, and we do them

  1. Step 1

    We handle the hardware

We choose the right trackers and sensors for what you run, buy them, and have them installed, by our own team or a local partner, depending on where your yard or site is.

    • GPS trackers for trucks, trailers and service vans
    • Tags or sensors for machines, generators and containers
    • A fixed point for each site, yard or warehouse
  2. Step 2

We connect it to Watch Tower through Nimbus

Each device is registered to your company and linked to Watch Tower over Nimbus, our secure network. Your asset register in the Console gets the name, the type and the owner of every one.

    • One record per asset, with its owner
    • Only your team sees your assets
    • Nothing to install on your own computers
  3. Step 3

We make it work, aiming for under one day

We check that every asset shows on your Talos map, walk your team through it, and fix what is missing. Our aim is to finish within one day of the first visit; a large fleet or a remote site can take longer, and we tell you before we start.

    • Every asset checked on the map before we leave
    • A short walk-through with the person who will use it
    • A named contact for anything that stops reporting

What you get

Every truck, machine and site on one map

The Talos map on the Watch Tower Console's Home: a fictional trucking company's 72 places pinned across Texas on a map of the United States, with a close-up of the region.Talos map

The map sits next to your goal and its KPIs, so where things are and how the business is doing are on one screen.

Sample data: every company, place and number here is invented. The map is a real screen from the demo; Home is a drawing.

Who does what

You do very little

We do

  • Agree with you what to track
  • Choose and buy the hardware
  • Book and manage the install
  • Connect every device through Nimbus
  • Check every asset on the map
  • Show your team how to use it

A local partner, where we use one

  • Fits the trackers and sensors to our specification
  • Works to the time slot you agreed
  • Reports each fitted asset back to us

You do (very little)

  • Send us a list of what you run, or walk us round the yard
  • Make the vehicles and machines available for the install
  • Name one person who checks the map with us

Questions

Do I have to buy or choose the trackers myself?

No. We choose the hardware for what you run, buy it and have it installed. You tell us what you want to see on the map.

Who fits the hardware?

Our own team or a local installation partner, depending on where your sites are. Either way we manage the booking and check the result.

Is it really done in one day?

That is our aim for a typical yard or site, counted from the first visit. A large fleet, several states or a remote site can take longer, and we tell you the plan before we start.

Who can see where my assets are?

Only the people in your company you give access to. The devices connect to Watch Tower through Nimbus, our secure network, and your data stays in your workspace.

Can I see it before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The free demo opens a fictional company's Talos map in the Console, with its trucks, machines and sites. No card needed.
